The Kobba Pattern N Stack is a classic NZ-designed wooden board with 25 pegs to be stacked on one another.  Make a variety of coloured patterns and see how high they can go.  This is a great wooden toy for colour sorting, patterning, number grouping, addition and subtraction, height recognition and hand to eye coordination.  Some suggestions for children using this toy include: sorting the pegs into lines of colours; vertically sorting the pegs into patterns of colour; showing how the pegs can be built up vertically and horizontally; number grouping pegs in colour; building up pegs so they can be used for addition and subtraction and asking questions such as which is the highest/lowest.  It is suitable for children from 1-7 years.
