The Chelona Discovery wooden puzzles (Safari and Traffic) encourage even very young children (up to one year) to start playing by grasping the round knobs and removing the pieces from the board. Soon they will start to put the pieces in their proper places.  

There's so much to explore during a safari!  Hippos lie in a pond, an elephant eats some leaves, and lions and cheetahs snooze in the midday sun.  And this is just the top layer of the puzzle.  Behind each puzzle piece is a wonderful picture to discover and talk about.  

The Safari Discovery Puzzle is a jigsaw puzzle, which means that it is at a higher skill level than the Traffic Discovery Puzzle.  

Brand: All our Chelona products are sourced from regenerating forests and are constructed using a special printing technique that is finished directly onto the wood surface. Paint and lead-free.
