Our story so far ...

The Wooden Toy Store is New Zealand's online wooden toy specialist.

We are passionate about sourcing wooden toys for children from around the world that incorporate five essential criteria - our wooden toys have to educate, inspire creativity, provide joy, protect the environment and become family heirlooms.

I think the Wooden Toy Store is doing so well at the moment because people are much more aware about using quality products that will protect the environment for future generations.  All of our wooden toys are made from natural and eco-friendly wood which is a huge step away from mass-produced whirring, flashing and beeping plastic toys.

We are a family-run business and we operate the Wooden Toy Store from Auckland's North Shore. We have a young child ourselves and Benjamin is our very enthusiastic assistant and tester! You can rest assured that if we are not happy with the quality of a wooden toy then we will not offer it for sale to you.
